Reservation & Deposit Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to pre-book appointments under two hours.

For appointments of two hours or longer, a 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment one time using the same deposit, provided the new appointment is scheduled within one week of the original date.

If the appointment is not rescheduled within one week, the deposit will be forfeited.

Any additional reschedule requests beyond the one permitted will require a $200 inconvenience fee before another appointment can be scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment; your deposit will be refunded in full.

Screening Options

Verification is required without any exceptions; it is only for my personal safety. All information is kept confidential and will be discarded after our initial meet.

Choose ONE of the following options:

1. Video Call for $25 via cash-app or Venmo.

This will be a brief video call on WhatsApp, telegram or Google meet. Please make sure you are in a private area before joining the call.

2. – Employment Verification

LinkedIn, or picture of business card + a screenshot of your LinkedIn dashboard OR a selfie with your name and today’s date.

3. – Government Issued ID

I require two separate pictures.
-First picture: your government-issued ID (you can block out everything except name & DOB)
-Second picture: A frontal picture of you holding a handwritten piece of paper with the words “Ruby Rose” on it or today’s date.

4. - 1 or 2 Provider References

I only accept references from reputable independent providers you have met in the past 6 months. I suggest you give her a notice that I will be contacting her, to expedite the process.
